Yes. AV integration means we design, connect, and program complete audio, video, and control systems. This includes LED walls, projectors, audio processors, touch panels, and unified control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS, etc.), all tested and calibrated for reliable performance. 

 Yes. We manage domestic and international freight, customs documentation, last-mile delivery, and time-critical shipping. We coordinate with union crew and venue receiving schedules so your gear arrives exactly when and where it’s needed. 

 Yes. We build custom wooden crates and palletizing solutions for sensitive AV equipment, displays, props, and touring gear. Our crates meet shipping industry standards (ISPM-15 for international) and are designed for repeated use. 

 Graphics management covers the entire lifecycle of visual assets—from file prep and color matching to printing on fabric, vinyl, rigid substrates, or mesh. We also handle installation, strike, and storage of tension fabrics, banners, and dimensional lettering. 

 Yes. We integrate VR systems (HTC Vive, Oculus Quest, Varjo, etc.) into exhibits, training simulators, and interactive experiences. This includes PC specification, sensor placement, content launching, and user interface design for live events or permanent installations. 

 We produce technical design drawings including:

• CAD (Vectorworks/AutoCAD) for floor plans, rigging plots, and elevation views
• Shop drawings for custom fabrication
• System flow diagrams for AV signal path and networking

These drawings are used for permitting, fabrication, crew direction, and client approvals.

 Yes. McKoy Entertainment is a true turnkey provider. We can start with your concept (or a napkin sketch), produce design drawings, build/crate/ship the materials, install on site, manage the live event, and then strike, repack, and return everything to storage. 

 Yes. We supply experienced techs, riggers, carpenters, and stagehands for show site labor, often coordinated through union locals when required. 

 Yes. We manage logistics, customs, and on-the-ground crews for international events and installations.
